I offer sessions online, by telephone or face-to-face depending on client needs.

I am a qualified and registered psychotherapist providing psychotherapy and counselling to individual adults of 18 years and over. With experience of providing therapy private practice, the NHS and the charitable sectors, I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore what might be troubling you or preventing you experiencing your life fully.

I am a professional member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I trained with and have worked at WPF Therapy, one of the leading providers of psychotherapy training and therapy services in the UK. I am registered with AXA PPP health care, Avivia, Bupa and Vitality Health private health insurance providers.
